Batman Composite Photography Video Tutorial

I have been asked a lot over the past year or so to start posting some video tutorials.  It has taken me a long time to get around to it, but I have finally started!  I think I have the video tutorial bug now as I have already recorded another to post later and have ideas for a lot more!

I do need to invest in a microphone though as the audio quality could be a lot better.  But at least you get to hear what I am saying!

In this tutorial video, I show you how I create the image above.  There are some things that I don’t do into great detail with, but I do show you a few tricks and tips that you can take away.

Some of the things covered in the video:

  • Matching and enhancing lighting
  • Matching colours and tones to make the composite more realistic
  • Creating shadows to make your subjects stand firmly on the ground!

It is a bit long, coming in at 50 minutes, but I do hope you enjoy it!

Please leave any questions in the comments on the video, or here.  Also, if there is something you would like me to post a video about leave those ideas in the comments as well!
