A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of doing some promo shots for Norwich, Norfolk Indie band Hello Bear. Although Hello Bear are based in Norwich, we wanted to do the shoot based around an old cinema. So, after much scoring and many phone calls, we booked The Regal Cinema in Stowmarket. This turned out to be an ideal location as it was beautiful, old, and fit the theme perfectly. It also happened to be positioned almost exactly in the middle with them in Norwich and me just outside of Cambridge.

Since writing this original post, Hello Bear have gone and won Future Radio’s The Next Big Thing competition!!! I am extremely happy for the guys as they truly deserve to be the winners. Their music is very tight for a group of guys that have only been together for a few months. As a result of winning The Next Big Thing, Hello Bear have won some money and some studio time. Hopefully this means that we will have a new CD from the guys as well as possibly seeing them touring a broader area in the future. A big congrats to Hello Bear for winning Future Radio’s Next Big Thing!!!!!!!
